Jacob and the team have gone absolutely above and beyond with our building and pest inspection. Jacob was very professional and completely thorough with his inspection and report on our property, noting a number of defects that a prior different company inspection had missed with their inspection. The report was clear and gave us some fantastic bargaining chips for re-negotiation that would have been missed had we not opted for our own inspection. I don’t do reviews and I chose to write this one because they most certainly deserve 6 out of 5 stars. Jacob definitely gave it 120%.

Jacob and Rosalee were amazing. Rosalee was extremely prompt and answered every question i had, so much so i sent a list of areas of concern for focus of the inspection to be carried out by Jacob. Rosalee organized the inspection with the RE as soon as possible and kept us in the loop. Jacob was punctual arriving early to the house on the day. Jacob was professional and efficient when conducting his assessment with two nervous first time buyers, a vendor and the real estate present. I chose Jacob as i wanted a builder/carpenter by trade, a local of the area and someone who knows character Queenslander homes that has the ability to do thermal imaging. The inspection took 2 hours. At the end of the inspection Jacob highlighted areas to be aware of and why/how to rectify this by walking us through. He answered all of the questions we had and the report was received well within 24 hours. Armed with Jacobs report we can now use this as a guide for maintenance/rectification items to look after a beautiful home. We will definitely use and recommend Jacob and Rosalee.
