Requested a building inspection "with cause" (suspected ground movement issues), happily, no issues, but now I also have a very comprehensive building inspection report and a list of maintenance items I can organise to protect my rental property from issues later down the road. Jacob, building inspector, very friendly on the phone, gave me a complete debrief of issues found during the inspection and also recommended further actions. Rosalee in the office was very helpful in organising the inspection time and payment. Will be using these guys in 3 years to do a re-inspect to ensure still no ground issues. Highly recommend

We found BPI to be fast, efficient, friendly and incredibly detailed. The service is by far and away the best Building and Pest experience I have had and we cannot recommend them enough. With a very fast turn around, excellent communication, thorough investigation and time was taken to explain each issue to my partner (and her father). We had our B&P booked for a Friday and had the lengthy report the following day!In short - if you want a Building and Pest done thoroughly, on time with great communication - don't hesitate and give these guys a call.

Had my building & pest inspection with Jacob last week. The quality of service provided by the BPI team is simply miles ahead of another building and pest inspector I previously had for another property. Jacob was approachable, knowledgeable and was extremely thorough with the inspection. He took the time to walk me through all the intricate details of the inspection at the end. He even went as far as giving me a call the next day to make sure I am all across with the results. Needlessly to say I was very impressed! Shout out to Rosalee at the main office, she was very prompt with her replies and was able to help me work out several conflicting schedules with the owner before settling on a suitable time for me.
